Low budget hotel in a nice quiet area just next door to pier head, albert dock and liverpool, a taxi from reception and the central shopping / food area. A nice size and well-equipped rooms with excellent beds, a great view of the Mersey, as example, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for night out. Freshly cooked and varied breakfast with nice views, reasonably priced.

The view of the sea was glorious, as well as very central location really close to city, Liverpool One which a vibrant area with a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars and really "buzzes " in the evening, and shops bars restarents. The breakfast in the dining area was nice hot. We really enjoyed the property and will be back.

Had a good stay for 1 night and high value for money, the hotel serves the purpose well. The venue staff were happy to help and assisted with private parking. The breakfast was warm, varied with fried bread and tomatoes, as example. Stunning location and overall the staff was cooperative. And I was walk from bars and pubs. Took me 10 minutes to get to train station. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Exceptional and clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is very good. Tastefully decorated brand-new rooms, they are provided with a bath, soap, for example. Great value breakfast and the staff is very efficient. The location is excellent and unbeatable, 5 minutes' walk to Royal Liver Building. Also it is just off the shopping centre, the center of Liverpool, and decent restaurants.
